Well worth the money spent on this bookVery well organized material, with plenty of variety of routines and good pictures explaining the exercises。 The only thing missing are the smaller pictures of the exercises along with the routine outlines。 Because one should not have to stop the workout to go looking for the exercise pictures at the end of the book, while still learning the new routines。 Nevertheless, it is well worth the money spent on this book!
